Most projects are finished within 2–4 weeks of receiving your content and deposit. Larger builds and ecommerce sites typically take 4–6 weeks. You get a clear timeline in your proposal and updates at every stage.

Yes — completely. Once the project is paid, you own the code, the design, the content and the domain. There is no lock-in contract and no mandatory retainer. Hosting and maintenance are available if you want us to look after it, but they are optional.

If you're not happy with your website within 30 days of launch, tell us and we refund everything you've paid apart from the initial 50% deposit. You keep the domain. We ask for the reason so we can improve — but the refund doesn't depend on your answer.
